What we do with your information.
Short version: we use it to call you back about your project, and nothing else.
What we collect
Only what you type into the estimate form: your name, phone number, project ZIP code, and — if you choose to give them — your email address, budget range, timeline and a description of the work. If you send a bid invitation we also collect the agency name, solicitation number and bid due date.
What we do with it
We email it to ourselves so we can contact you about your enquiry, and we keep it as part of our normal business records. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the company, and we do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts. Nothing on these pages is loaded from another company’s server, so no one else sees that you visited.
Our web server keeps ordinary access logs — the requesting IP address, the page requested and the time — which are used to keep the site running and to stop abuse of the estimate form.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email kal@kbci.pro or call (626) 393-2638. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete; the same contact details apply.
